Return of Products, Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of the products we supply and the diverse choice of dimensions, fabrics and options available, all T Seating items are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return. If requested, we are happy to consult regarding dimensions or fabric and even advise you on lay-out. We will contact you via email to confirm your order details are correct before we place the order. You have 7 days to amend your order from receipt of this email. Please only order if you are sure that the item and finish is right for your needs as you may not be able to change the order after the item has been entered into production. Following delivery, made to order items are non-returnable unless we have not supplied the correct item or specification as per the order confirmation. 

Fabrics and Upholstery

Fabric colours may vary from batch to batch, however this is a normal occurance and not to be considered a flaw. Fabric and/or material fading or discololouration, due to exposure to direct or indirect sunlight; or due to exposure / contact with any chemicals sprayed nearby, or applied directly to your sofa, is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible. Because of the handmade nature of our sofas, exact duplication between display pieces and the item purchased cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Faulty Items

We make every effort to deliver your items to you in perfect condition. We recommend that you check your delivery as soon as it is received. If there is a problem with your order please contact info@tseating.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you promptly.

Depiction of Products

We endeavour to accurately depict our products, however, there may occur some slight variation. The reproduction of colour is as accurate as possible, but the colour may vary depending on the calibration of Users' screens. All measurements provided are approximate.
